One More Chance to Meet Me on Main on October 3

Essex Junction Recreation and Parks invites the community to the final Meet Me on Main of the year on Saturday, October 3. From 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., the Five Corners segment of Main Street to Railroad Avenue will be filled with live entertainment, food vendors, artisans, and activities for kids. An outdoor showing of “Toy Story 5” begins at 7:00 p.m.

“If you haven’t made it to Meet Me on Main yet to see what all the excitement is about, you have one more chance,” said Mark Brislin, Director of Essex Junction Recreation and Parks. “Come join us on October 3 for a fun evening with your neighbors, local food, live entertainment, and a movie under the stars.”

The evening’s entertainment lineup includes:

• 4:15–5:00 p.m.: Alyx The Magician
• 5:15–5:45 p.m.: 4 of Hearts Barbershop Quartet
• 6:00–7:00 p.m.: Live music by SturCrazie
• 7:00 p.m.: Outdoor showing of “Toy Story 5”

Main Street between Five Corners and Railroad Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic from 1:00 to 10:30 p.m. for setup, the event, and cleanup. Side streets and parking lots will remain open.
